I am committed to taking a leadership role on health care. As we all know, costs are rising and our aging population is expanding. I will work hard to see appropriate reimbursements across the board, including lobbying Congress to that end; I’ll work to ensure good quality healthcare across all of North Dakota; to encourage competition; and to promote personal wellness.

I truly believe that all stakeholders need to acknowledge that for success to be achieved on these challenging issues we must agree to work together. As your Insurance Commissioner, I will work hard to bring parties together to accomplish real change.
